The private debt fund "Private Debt Fund" managed by Nter Asset Management closed 2024 with a portfolio worth €37.6M. The largest investments, totaling €10M, were allocated to financing the acquisition of a laser and optics company, the renovation of an office building in central Warsaw, and the expansion of a car wash network. In total, €15M in investments were successfully completed last year, generating a 15.19% return for the fund.
According to fund manager Donatas Frejus, 2024 was a successful year despite some challenges:
"Despite temporary setbacks in the middle of the year due to provisions, our diversified and balanced portfolio continues to generate high returns for investors. The 'Nter Private Debt Fund' delivered a 6.9% net annual return to investors in 2024, and after eliminating the impact of provisions, the return stood at 11.3%."
He also noted that the fund has been operating for six years, providing investors with an average annual return of 9.2% after fund fees, totaling 69.58% over the fund’s lifetime.
Since its inception, the fund has completed over 40 investments, providing €95M in financing for business acquisitions, expansion, and investment projects across high-tech, e-commerce, education, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, and other sectors. The value of successfully completed investments amounts to €60M, while more than €24M has been paid out to investors.
