We see opportunities where others don’t even look
At Nter, our more than 20 years of experience is not the only thing that drives our decisions. We shape new opportunities for clients by combining a scout mindset, interdisciplinary thinking, and an expert approach.
Standing at
the forefront
We put our money where our mouth is. Creating our new office in downtown Vilnius, we oversaw the renovation works. That way we were able to reshape our surroundings in a way that fits our ideals.
Reshaping life of local communities with social infrastructure investments
With us, you can invest into modern and viable educational, healthcare, senior care and other crucial social infrastructure. This is your chance not only to add a lower-risk investment to your portfolio, but also to improve the quality of social services across the country.
Investing in social infrastructure (from schools and care facilities to other PPP projects) both serves the common good and exhibits a high level of resilience.
Interdisciplinary approach opens opportunities others can not see
We look beyond the borders of traditional asset classes, discovering opportunities that emerge when different areas meet. Our recent RE projects in Palanga are the best example of such interdisciplinary thinking. Check them out.
Private debt done right
We manage the largest open-ended private debt fund in the Baltics that has recorded best-in-class performance for 5 years in a row.
Funds we
manage
We work across three main asset classes – private debt, private equity, and real estate.
As you will see, the most value is created where those asset classes meet.
Instead of approaching debt from the traditional perspective of a bank, we view it as an investment, and look for opportunities where we can secure the best return. And as most of our investments are made directly and structured in-house, we are able to keep costs down, react quickly and secure the best ROI for our clients.
We have four different strategies for private equity that reflects our interdisciplinary approach, namely – specialisation, scout mindset, and team experience.
We only invest in properties that we genuinely believe in ourselves, basing each decision on our values and long-term experience. This makes our portfolio truly boutique. From cash-flow properties to development projects, we are on the lookout for properties that are both valuable and undervalued.
Managing
team
Our team has been deeply entrenched in the alternative investment for years, some even for decades. But what really sets us apart? It's not just our experience. It's our hands-on approach, our knack for finding creative solutions, and our dedication to getting things done right.
Sure, the team, approach and strategy matter, but what about the track record?
